Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatoes chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp red onion minced
- 1 tbsp Robertson Estate Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup basil chiffonade
- 1 baguette
- salt and cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop tomatoes
- Add minced garlic and onion
- Stir in olive oil
- Add Robertson Estate Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar
- Stir in basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Let sit for several hours in fridge
- Cut baguette diagonally into slices
- Toast slices in pan coated with olive oil
- Top each slice with bruschetta
- Place basil chiffonade on top
