Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp Robertson Estate Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup basil chiffonade
  • 1 baguette
  • salt and cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop tomatoes
  • Add minced garlic and onion
  • Stir in olive oil
  • Add Robertson Estate Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar
  • Stir in basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Let sit for several hours in fridge
  • Cut baguette diagonally into slices
  • Toast slices in pan coated with olive oil
  • Top each slice with bruschetta
  • Place basil chiffonade on top
